High strength bolts are fasteners widely used in various engineering and construction projects, with characteristics such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and fatigue resistance. High strength bolts are an important component of structures, and their use also determines the stability and safety of the structure. 1、 HSFG threaded bolt

HSFG serrated bolts are commonly used in important structures such as bridges, high-rise buildings, ships, and petrochemical equipment. This type of bolt is mainly used for assembling steel structures. Due to its tooth shaped structure, there is no need for support brackets, and it can prevent the displacement of the test piece during the assembly process. It can be installed accurately and quickly, and is suitable for occasions with installation time requirements.

2、 TC bolt

TC bolt is an adjustable bolt that can be used for the installation of large mechanical equipment and the fastening of pressure pipeline systems. This type of bolt adopts a conical locking structure, and the nut can adaptively adapt to surface unevenness during the tightening process, making it have good anti loosening performance.



3、 Necking bolt

Neck bolts are usually used in compression components. This type of bolt consists of two parts, the neck and head. The neck diameter is smaller, the material strength is higher, and the head is the same shape as the bolt head, but the length is shorter. The application of necking bolts can solve the problem of bolt compression caused by the seat plate, keeping the bolts in a tensile state. Used for connecting suspension devices between angle steel and seat plates, as well as connections between bridge piers and bridge decks.

4、 T-bolt

T-bolts are mainly used for connecting large-sized components in steel structures, such as steel beams, columns, and beams. The connection performance of T-bolts is relatively good because a new lateral bearing platform is formed at the connection point, which has strong bending and torsion resistance and is suitable for connecting components under torsion or bending stress.

5、 UD bolt

UD bolts are a type of conical hole locking bolts commonly used in fields such as wind power, power plants, ships, and large mechanical equipment. The UD bolt consists of three components, the head, neck, and bolt handle. The neck has a conical hole, and the nut passes through the bolt handle and fits with the conical hole in the neck to form a sealed closure, which can effectively prevent liquid leakage and improve the safety of the connection.
